MBSR is helping thousands of graduates negotiate these difficult times of pandemic and staying at home. Learn how mindfulness can help reduce stress and promote greater ease and joy in this FREE 1.5 hour introduction to the 8-week, evidence-based course which begins May 14th, 2020.
