Spring Yin Yoga

Spring is an exciting, expansive season where we get to shake off the cobwebs of winter and plant seeds of intention for the rest of the year that will nourish our spirit. The practice of Yin yoga assists us with this process of cleaning out and making space to bring in the new. In a 2-hour workshop, learn the meridian energy lines of the body (including key acupressure points), practice pranayama, meditation and explore the classic Yin yoga poses, rejuvenating your body (especially your organs and connective tissue) and your energy reserves in the process. Bring your journal as there is time to integrate at the conclusion of class. All levels welcome. (Please note that while this workshop is presented as a series, each class stands alone and can be attended without having to be there for the previous class.)
