Self-Compassion for Stress Management Online Gathering
Exploring how self-compassion practices can help soothe a world on fire.
Your are invited to participate in a weekly online gathering to learn how self-compassion can help you cope with stress and build resiliency. During our meeting, we will practice self-compassion and mindfulness as practices to manage difficult emotions and challenging life experiences. No prior meditation or compassion-based experience is needed. However, this group requires prior registration and a 1-1 brief online meeting with Dr. Jorge C. Armesto to assess your suitability to participate. Please consider your ability to participate in all four sessions before registering. Enrollment is limited to 15 participants.
