Winter Elixer: Wild Foraged Cough Remedy

Karen Talbot is a wild plant forager and herbalist, Master Gardener and chef as well as education assistant for Aperion Institute of Sustainability. As part of the Urban Shaman Apprenticeship, she will teach you to identify and then create an effective wild foraged cold and flu remedy. This is a hands on workshop. Take home a completed product. A wild-crafted lunch is included. Please inform host of food allergies and dietary restrictions prior to the class. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BY FEB 18.
