Join Shira, local Nutritionist, to learn about your personal hunger signals and create your balanced diet.
This workshop addresses the impact of different foods and combinations of foods on energy and mood. Participants will work together to create balanced meals and snacks that will fit their own lives. The difference between hunger and appetite will be discussed and participants will be asked to think about their own personal hunger signals as well as other reasons they eat (emotions, needing a break, etc). The impact of restriction (both physical and mental) on eating habits will be reviewed.
